The TIPPS Network

An important part of the TIPPS program is the TIPPS Network. The TIPPS Network brings together older adults, researchers, and healthcare providers. The Network receives information about studies to help older adults better use medication and how to put the information learned from studies into practice.

Your involvement with the TIPPS Network will help make this program work. Your views will help the research studies that TIPPS will be doing. We hope you will consider joining our Network. There is no cost to joining the Network.

What do I get from joining the TIPPS Network:

If you live in the Hamilton-Niagara-Toronto area: You can receive regular mail or email updates about TIPPS through our newsletter, attend informal meetings to share your views about new or ongoing research studies and how to use the results of research in day-to-day practice, or take part in research studies. It's up to you how involved you want to be.

If you live outside the Hamilton-Niagara-Toronto area (e.g. elsewhere in Canada or in another country): You can be put on our email list to receive updates about TIPPS through our newsletter. You can share your views on this website about our projects, summaries of research, and how this research can be used in day-to-day life.

If you have any questions about the TIPPS Network, please email us or call the TIPPS office at (905) 522-1155 x34919.
